By availing my design service, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.
01 - SCOPE OF WORK
My flat-rate service for product design includes specific web and mobile design tasks, covering a maximum of 15 pages. Additional services or features may incur extra charges.
02- REVISIONS
You are entitled to three revisions within the initial payment. Revisions are defined as minor design changes, not a complete redesign.
03- DESIGN DELIVERY TIME
I will design according to your specifications and deliver within the mutually agreed time frame, as specified with a minimum time on the website for each design service.
04- PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Payment confirmation is the process that, as a designer, ensures completion. It occurs after the initial three simple steps: completing the order form, reviewing from my site, and reaching mutual agreement.
I. PRODUCT DESIGN
Initial Payment- Starting from $3,000.
Weekly Payment- Up to $1,500, We will talk about any extra needs that might require additional payments, depending on the project's scope, timeline, and complexity.
ii. BRAND DESIGN
Initial Payment- Starting from $2,000.
We will talk about any extra needs that might require additional payments, depending on the project's scope, timeline, and complexity.
iii. CUSTOM DESIGN
The deliverables and pricing may vary based on the project's scope, complexity, and timeline, typically ranging from $1000 to $1500 per week or $50 to $75 per hour, depending on the project's scope, timeline, and complexity.
05 - PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Payment due dates and methods will be communicated at the project's outset.
06 - PAYMENT REFUND POLICY
I am dedicated to ensuring transparency and fairness in my refund policy. In case of project cancellation-
i. Cancellation Before Project Initiation:
A minor 5% administrative fee will be applied.
ii. Cancellation After Project Initiation:
You will incur a 5% administrative fee plus a percentage of the initial payment, which may range from 20% to 80%. The exact amount retained will be determined based on the effort expended.
